The book describes the issues of first aid by the method of acupressure, as well as the basic rules for its conduct. It is built according to the symptom-syndromic principle. For each symptom or syndrome, a table-illustration is given in the book. Each point has its own name and designation, but for ease of use, we omitted the designation and applied arbitrary point numbering for each symptom.
