We all have an unrecoverable need to be cared for and to take care of ourselves. A person needs care, because from birth it is a necessary condition for the disclosure of life opportunities. At the same time, he has an inherent need to take care of himself, others and the world to build meaning in his existence. Paying special attention to care in the field of pedagogical practice, Luigina Mortari explores the philosophical roots of this concept, making a clear connection with various forms of specific manifestations of care (in the relationship "mother - child," "nurse - patient," friendships) and building a kind of map of "good care practices."
