The second volume of the collection includes documents reflecting the resettlement of the highlanders of Dagestan to the plain for the period from 1946 to 1995. The collection includes documents related to the resettlement movement in the post-war years (1946-1956), the rehabilitation of repressed peoples (1957-1965), the elimination of the consequences of the earthquake of 1966 and 1970, the resettlement of the Lak population of the Novolaksky district and the restoration of the Aukhovsky district (1990 -1995).
