Atlas "Fish marine and oceanic" contains information that is not included in the book "Examination of aquatic biological resources and products of their processing. Quality and Safety" (2016). It contains Russian and Latin names of fish of various families and their most important representatives of the greatest commercial importance, identification features of each species, as well as possible directions for their use. The atlas is intended for a wide range of food and fish industry specialists involved in the fishing, processing and sale of fish and non-fish products, as well as for employees of fish protection organizations, trade and public catering.
