Modern society problematizes the concept of "freedom" and forces to develop new solutions in the humanities, including philosophy. In this book, several goals are set: firstly, to make a conceptual excursion into philosophical teachings about freedom, secondly, to contribute to the dialogue between philosophy and other humanitarian disciplines, and thirdly, to propose new solutions to the problem of freedom for modern society.
