Wanderers, tramps, restless souls have always existed. But today a new wandering tribe is emerging. These are people who never thought they would become nomads, but whose, due to life circumstances, from now on all days pass on the road. To get better acquainted with the life of the "new nomads," Jessica Bruder herself set off. She spent the night in a van, worked at Amazon and in a sugar beet warehouse, attended popular events among "laborers" and got acquainted with a variety of people and their stories in order to better understand and more accurately show their real life. Her story is about people with an unbending will, who did not bow to the harsh trials that fell to their lot, but found a new meaning in life and continued on their way to their dreams.
