On Emblem Island, all people know their fate from birth. This means that in the future he will inherit power over the city. But Thor hates his fate. Every morning before school, where he is taught the skills of a future leader, he goes to sea and swims for hours, dreaming of a swimmer's emblem that allows him to breathe underwater. On the night of wish fulfillment, when the inhabitants of the city throw notes into the fire with wishes for next year, Thor asks the deity of desires to rid him of the leader's emblem and give in return the long-awaited scuba diving ability.
