The proposed tutorial includes minimum information sufficient to master the basics of designing a DC electric motor, and consists of three main sections. The first of them contains the design form of the project, consisting of electromagnetic and thermal calculations of the engine, calculation and construction of operating characteristics and parameters that determine the nature of transient processes. The second section contains an example of engine calculation and a summary of all its parameters, which allows you to start performing the graphic part of the project.
