Enterprise management is no longer possible without the widespread use of modern information systems. However, the introduction of modern information technology is not a panacea for all problems. The practice of implementing projects for the implementation of corporate information systems shows that along with the launch of information systems, enterprises must carry out a number of methodological, organizational and technological changes.
