Theoretical bases of calculation of facilities ensuring thermal conditions of buildings, procedure of thermotechnical assessment of enclosing structures and methods of design of building enclosures based on conditions of heat resistance, heat absorption, steam and air permeability are considered; recommendations for calculation of heat losses through external fences are given.
