Centuries of bloodshed between Elves and Humans had cost them dearly. Throughout Myrliar thousands of Elves perished, land had been destroyed and magic disappeared. Where magic was once common place and abused, now it exists only in memory. They had been punished. The Elders are the sole Mages left in Myrliar. Rituals are held to commune with the Elders in the hope of regaining their power. When one young Princess emerges from the Ritual in distress, and blood is spilt, a magic is awoken so powerful that the future of Myrliar is unclear.
