The struggle for the Volga region in 1918-1919. was one of the key moments of the Civil War. It was here that the White Movement achieved maximum success and was closer than ever to victory. But at the same time, the summer and autumn of 1918 became a time of missed opportunities for him, and the mistakes made largely predetermined the future defeat. The proposed collection includes materials that were previously inaccessible to the reader, reflecting the views of the warring parties on the events of the Volga region, in the Urals and on the uprising in Izhevsk.
