Carousel longed for the days when all of this would be at an end. She longed for a time in her life when she could return back to some semblance of normalcy. A time when the murder of her mother and the utter destruction of her family is a distant memory. Carousel longed for a time when her home wasn't a hidden away room under the city of Heartbell, or how she wouldn't need to forge her own emotions to sell in the markets for food. Carousel longed for a time when she could finally put all of this behind her and bring the one who took the life of her mother to justice, whatever that meant.To do that, Carousel will have to travel back to where it all began, to the Kingdom Cities and the Ardent Temple across the water. She will have to go home.
