In the monograph, the authors conducted the first comprehensive study of state-legal regulation of trade relations in Russia in the second half of the 17th - early 19th centuries from the standpoint of modern methodology. The work for the first time examines the evolution of legal institutions governing trade relations, their impact on each other's development; state regulation of certain types of trade is considered in the system of administrative, tax, customs, credit, civil legislation.
