Educational manual "Locia" is intended for cadets of higher naval command schools and officers of the Navy. It addresses issues related to navigational safety: navigational obstacles, marine theater navigational equipment, nautical charts and navigational aids, tides and their accounting; and also gives the necessary information on the preparation of the ship for the campaign and briefly outlines the basics of the river lot.
