The collection is dedicated to the anniversary of the famous Ukrainian archaeologist, Byzantine historian Elena Alexandrovna Parshina. The collection contains reports read at the XIII International Congress of the Association of European Archaeologists, within the framework of which sections "Ten Centuries of Byzantine Trade" were organized, as well as scientific articles that cover a wide range of problems in the history and archeology of the Byzantine Empire from the 5th to the 15th centuries.
