The collection contains theses of reports and messages on the problems of archeology, ancient, medieval and new history and historical local history of the Lower Podunavye and neighboring territories, on the patriotic education of young people. The seminar program is dedicated to the memory of a native, Mr. Reni, an outstanding historian and philologist, professor at Leningrad University Aristide Ivanovich Dovatur (4. 11. 1897 — 17. 3. 1982).
