In the second edition of the terminological dictionary presented to readers, editorial changes and some additions were made in individual articles, a number of new articles were included, the number of auxiliary articles concerning concepts denoting cross-cultural institutions and phenomena of world history and not directly related to the terms of theory and methodology of historical science was slightly reduced. The conceptual apparatus of historical science is constantly being updated. Presenting the second, revised and supplemented edition of the dictionary, the editorial board and the team of authors hope that work in this direction will continue.
