The book is devoted to the description of methods of astronomical observations on airplanes, stratospheric cylinders, sounding rockets of artificial Earth satellites and automatic interplanetary stations. First, the general features of conducting experiments related to both the difference in environmental properties from ground conditions and the installation of telescopes on high-altitude or spacecraft are described. Subsequent chapters provide an overview of modern instruments for extra-atmospheric astronomical observations.
