The purpose of the dissertation research is, based on the analysis of the conditions for the formation of administrative collaborationism in the West of the RSFSR, to consider the dynamics and forms of struggle of patriotic forces with its manifestations in the context of contacts of administrative collaborators with the Nazis, population and partisans, evaluate the results of the implementation of the plans of Hitler's leadership for the clash of various social groups in the West Russian village during their policy of "new order" in the occupied territory.
