For the first time in Russian psychology, the book provides a systematic description of the main directions of modern psychotherapy and psychological counseling. In the context of generally recognized psychotherapeutic paradigms, the domestic psychotherapeutic tradition has been restored, dating back to classical Russian philosophy.
