This collection is the result of an international scientific conference held in Moscow on October 8-9, 2019, dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the liberation of the Soviet Arctic, Northern Norway (East Finnmark) and Finland's withdrawal from the war. Scientists from Russia, Norway, Finland Sweden considered the problems of diplomatic and military training of these events.
