On a not-too-distant future Earth, the war between the United Western Hemisphere and the barbaric powers of the East has dragged on far too long. To remedy this, a new program is launched; the Guardian Project; a top-secret program implementing war-like androids to protect the population of the West. But what is the nature of such an endeavor?
