The proposed linguistic and linguistic dictionary has no analogues in Soviet lexicography. It describes gestures, facial expressions used in Russian speech to express one meaning or another. Each dictionary entry includes a description of the gesture, its characteristic, verbal formulas expressing the gesture in writing, examples from the literature, or a recording of a conversation. Most of the articles are illustrated.
