The textbook outlines the basic laws of the functioning of ecological systems and the biosphere as a whole. The origin and evolution of the Universe and the Earth, the problems of biosphere pollution by sections are considered: hydrosphere, atmosphere, ozone holes, acid rains, bioorganic chemistry of metal ions, soil degradation, radionuclides, consequences and possible methods of solving the problem. After studying the course, students will master the methods of chemical and environmental monitoring of environmental objects, as well as be able to predict the possible negative impact of modern technologies on ecosystems.
