Modern circuitry solutions of functional units of DC pulse transistor converters used in secondary power supply sources of avionics are summarized. Structural diagrams of IVEP based on transistor converters are considered, including transformerless with mains power supply, various types of power stages, electrical insulation devices, comparison circuits, circuits for increasing noise immunity and protection.
