This book, published in the year of the 65th anniversary of the beginning of the blockade of Leningrad, is a small particle of a heroic and tragic epic created by direct participants, witnesses and leaders of the great feat that fell to the residents of the city in 1941-1944. These diaries - invaluable evidence of everyday life, more precisely - survival and the fight against hunger, cold, bombing - are stored in the State Memorial Museum of the Defense and Blockade of Leningrad.
