The difficult situation in which our landowners are in buildings of various kinds, due to the lack of architects and even knowledgeable workers, prompted us to draw up this Practical Instruction. It, of course, cannot serve to build significant buildings that are expensive and require a skilled architect, but for rural life, in which economy, strength and simplicity should be the main goal of outbuildings.
