The issues of etiology and mechanisms of development of personality disorders are discussed in detail, features of therapy are presented, including dialectical behavioral, cognitive, psychodynamic, etc. Modern information on combined psychotherapeutic and psychopharmacological approaches to treatment and correction of personality disorders is presented.
