The manual discusses numerical methods for calculating the magnetic fields of electrical machines. A system of equations describing stationary and transient processes of non-salient pole electrical machines is presented. Direct and iterative methods of solving boundary value problems and systems of equations of steady-state and transient processes of electrical machines of various designs are given.
