The publication includes documents from the personal archive of Lieutenant General M.K. Diterichs, whom the Supreme Ruler of Russia A.V. Kolchak appointed the head of investigative actions to solve crimes committed in the summer of 1918 in Yekaterinburg, Perm and Alapaevsk; archival sources about the investigation by the investigator of the Omsk District Court N. A. Sokolov of the circumstances of the murder of members of the imperial House of Romanov, as well as new documents transferred by the ruling prince of Liechtenstein Hans-Adam II to Russia and received for storage by the GA of the Russian Federation in 1997, including those that from the published volume of Diterichs were seized by N. A. Sokolov. New sources identified in the personal collections of foreign and Russian keepers complement the content of the collection.
