For 25 years, more than 1,300 books have been published in the Russian Bestseller series. These are militants and detectives of Russian authors. Books are published in paperback, there is always the inscription "Russian bestseller" and a black cat icon. From the books of this series, one can trace the evolution of the "action movie" genre, which is gradually gaining higher quality and attractiveness from the raw "chernukha" of the early 90s.
