Archaeologists from two and a half million years in the future crash their time-ship in an ancient desert just outside of Corona, NM in 1947. Two of the archaeologists, Drs. Dayk and Thalia, survive, but their technology in primitive hands becomes a contamination of the timeline, and anomalous agents from the future begin hunting them as fugitives. A local rancher mistakes the crashed ship and the highly evolved dead bodies for aliens and turns the wreckage over to the Army Base in Roswell. Major Jesse Marcel realizes that at least two of the aliens must have survived and begins scouring the desert, while the other bodies are taken back to base for autopsy. Fleeing pursuers from two different timelines, Dayk and Thalia's only hope is to try and make it back to the future and fix the anomalous timeline before it destroys them all, but without their technology they may be stranded in the past, doomed to die in a lonely desert!
