The textbook focuses on the most important unit of speech - text: its structure, stylistic features, expressive means. The book provides theoretical information and developed a system of exercises. When analyzing fragments of works of fiction, the role of phonetic, lexical, word-forming, grammatical means of language in creating an artistic image is shown. Tasks for writing own texts are given.
