Still mourning the death of a close friend, Paul Dodge heads to the sun-soaked beaches of the US Virgin Island of St. Thomas. His vacation is short-lived when a late-season hurricane hits the island leaves residents to pick up the pieces of their shattered lives. When recovery efforts unveil the body of a young girl hidden in a shipping crate, the Special Agent in Charge puts out a call for help.As identities are discovered and another agent goes missing, it's up to Dodge to find the connection between the murdered girl and the missing agent.
