The monograph is based on the rich experience of studying the Chinese economy over a long period. The work uses a large amount of factual and statistical material reflecting the dynamics of reforms in the PRC from Deng Xiaoping to the present day. The work identified the main turning points of the transformations, made comparisons with the practice of reforms in the USSR, Eastern Europe and SRV. An analysis of the evolution of Chinese reform policy was carried out, attention to the historical sequence of updating concepts and regulatory goals.
