This book consists of articles and reports by famous professors of the Academy: Colonel V.I. Baskakov - on the strategy and tactics of Suvorov in the Italian campaign of 1799; Colonel N.A. Orlova - on the tactics of Suvorov; Colonel A.Z. Myshlaevsky - about Suvorov as a person; Major General N.A. Orlov - about Suvorov as a Russian military leader and representative of the Slavs; his article was devoted to the problem of linking the activities of A.S. Suvorov with the Russian fleet. The book also describes the celebrations of the anniversary of the commander, summarizes the results of many years of work to perpetuate the memory of A.S. Suvorov through historical and popular works.
