Fisher Margaret Fisher is a historian and librarian, specializing in Post-Outbreak Era (POE) artifacts. She completed her apprenticeship at the College of Historic Preservation and is currently employed at the Outbreak Institute as Head Archivist. Exhibit 692 is the 119th journal she has recovered.
