In "Old and New," there will be some processed articles, such as genuine documents, with which posldnіe will be provided with explanatory vvedenіyami and necessary primchanіyami. According to the main task of the Society, the collection should be mixed as often as possible either processed articles or materіaly relating to the personality, life and reign of Emperor Alexander III.
