The post-Cold War world has become embroiled in a series of conflicts and undeclared wars. Before the war in Yugoslavia ended, the war in Afghanistan and then in Iraq began. The book analyzes conflicts in the post-Soviet space, which have not yet been resolved, but are in a "frozen state." An analysis of undeclared wars in Yugoslavia, Afghanistan and Iraq is given.
