Worldview aspects of culture and social experience of the highlanders of Dagestan. The book discusses the formation of worldview components of culture and their impact on the socio-political practices of the population of the mountainous regions of Dagestan. An analysis of the systemic principles of perception by representatives of the Mountain-Dagestan society of the natural and social environment, which largely determined the value orientations of local culture and the interaction of the microcosm of this society with the outside world, was given. In historical time, mountain Dagestan was in its own way a unique version of social evolution, where the main person involved was the community on the basis of which the so-called free societies functioned, which largely determined the political appearance of the Country of Mountains until the second half of the 19th century.
