The work deals with how, having completely usurped power in Russia, Vladimir Putin turned the entire Russian state, in particular, the intelligence services, the investigative committee, institutions producing prohibited chemical warfare agents, foreign institutions and foreign agents into instruments of transnational crimes, killing people, and waging the 4th world hybrid war against Western countries.
