The book tells about the Strategic Missile Forces of the USSR, the 43rd Missile Army of the Strategic Missile Forces, one of the most powerful missile associations, whose headquarters was located in Vinnitsa (Ukraine), and many issues of a specific and previously strictly classified strategic missile service. Military-political decisions are described, materials and numerous documents are submitted, the main events and processes are analyzed, as well as problems associated with continuous combat duty and with the elimination of nuclear missile weapons in Ukraine.
