This edition is intended for a wide range of history and art lovers. It consists of several chapters: the first is a historical sketch of estates along the Peterhof road, the rest are devoted to the imperial residences in Strelna, Peterhof and Oranienbaum. The historical part is built in accordance with the topography of the area, that is, the material is located from east to west, in connection with this, the chronology of the narrative is sometimes violated.
