The peculiarities of the shaman's thinking are largely due to two factors: - the specifics of the culture of the community in which the shaman operates (main activities: reindeer herding, sea hunting, hunting, fishing and gathering); - the specifics of special activities due to the role of the shaman as an intermediary between the World of Man and the Worlds of Spirits, Ancestors and Elements.To describe the thinking of the shaman today is not enough language tools. This is natural, since the shaman's activity in tribal society is not massive and therefore is not a subject of communication. However, I tried not to introduce new terms except two, quite obvious in composition: noogenesis and psychotelo. The text uses both the works of already authoritative authors and evidence of the description of the life and work of famous psychics and forecasters. Of course, he also relied on his observations and on the stories of credible witnesses.
