The series "Essays on Visuality" is an attempt at new ways of speaking about art in the era of multimedia technologies and interdisciplinary practices. The clash of techniques, research strategies, genres and discourses presented in the books of the series are aimed at rethinking both the concept of culture and the science of it. In 2016, the series was awarded the "The Art Newspaper Russia" prize in the "Book of the Year" nomination.
