The monograph is devoted to covering the processes of internal and foreign policy development of Afghanistan at the transitional stage of its recent history after September 11, 2001. It reflected the military, political, ethnic, religious and economic aspects of the life of modern Afghanistan during the defeat of the Taliban and the revival of the country. More attention is paid to the policies and positions of neighboring countries and world powers in the region.
