The collection examines the problems of the impact of the state and social superstructure on the economic and social structure of society. An attempt was made to find out how the superstructure contributes to the development and design of the basis in various regions of the East throughout antiquity. The subject of the study is also the direct efforts of the state to take control of the social structure of society and its formation, to regulate social relations through the right.
