The monograph is a study of the history of authorities in the Samara province of 1917, carried out on the basis of an analysis of archival documents, memoirs, periodicals and other sources, many of which are being introduced into scientific circulation for the first time. The publication contains photographs, including unique photographs from archival and museum funds.
