In this book A.V. Galitsky is presented as the world value of the chess composition. Throughout his busy creative life, starting with his first success in 1886, he published over 1860 chess problems. The Moscow chess evening on September 13, 1900 added to his popularity - the participants in the competition, gathered in the Noble Assembly, solved the tasks he had drawn up and did not defeat a single three-way.
